1. Ordering and Payment: Orderscan be placed through our website, UberEats, Doordash, or directly with our staff in person or via call. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, either online or upon collection.

2. Collection Time:Orders will be ready for collection at the agreed-upon time. We striveto have orders ready promptly, but please allow for slight variations in preparation time during busy periods.

3. Cancellation and Refunds: We do not provide any cancellation once the order is put through and we have started to prepare your meal, please contact the store to see whether we can provide a cancellation. Refunds cannot be made unless subjected to quality control where we will aim to provide a solution for you.

4. Quality and Satisfaction: We take pride in the quality of our food. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately for resolution.

5. Allergies and Dietary Requirements: While we take precautions to prevent cross- contamination, please be aware that our kitchen handles various allergens. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering.

6. Responsibility of Collection: Customers are responsible for collecting their orders at the agreed-upon time. HobsonFlamin Foods is not liablefor orders that are not collected within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to collect your order that is unpaid may mean that Hobson Flamin Foods will use means of communication to contact you.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Hobson Flamin Foods reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changeswill be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other platforms.
